We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and recording cash deposits, processing credit card payments, reconciling transactions, and maintaining accurate customer accounts. This role requires strong attention to detail in performing daily financial transactions, handling voids, refunds, and contract cancellations in compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing and recording cash deposits
• Processing credit card payments and reconciling transactions
• Maintaining accurate customer accounts.
• Performing daily financial transactions and ensuring accuracy
• Handling voids and refunds when needed
• Processing contract cancellations in compliance with company policies
• Completing end-of-business reconciliations
• Communicate with owners regarding account balances, payment plans, and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with the collection’s supervisor on overdue accounts, payment arrangements, and escalations.
• Supporting the team with additional accounting tasks as assigned
Education & Experience:
• Associate’s degree in accounting, completion of accounting coursework, or equivalent work experience
Skills & Strengths:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to independently manage complex assignments
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to excellence
