Job Description

Ensure the safety of all guests and patrons of the arcade area. Assist management with meeting safety standards, guest service standards and cleanliness. 

Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)

  • Ensure guest service, safety and cleanliness standards are met in the arcade area.
  • To follow the Retail and Hotel Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications

Performance Requirements: (Knowledge, skills and abilities)

  • Ability to deal with a number of problems requiring initiative and good judgment.
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal/external customers, some of whom will require patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger. Collect accurate information and solve management concerns.
  • Ability to maintain attendance in conformance with standards.
  • Ability to maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to maintain the condition and appearance of the location.
  • Respond to guest inquiries.  Provide guest satisfaction through assistance, direction and information with hotel guidelines.
  • Reporting/fixing game issues as needed, including ticket and card malfunctions

Additional Information

Experience  Requirements

  • Money handling experience preferred.
  • guest service experience preferred

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Desirables:

  • Customer service experience
  • Flexibility to suit the needs of the Business
  • Reliability to suit the needs of the Business
  • Ability to be scheduling during high occupancy and key conventions, able to adapt to schedule changes
