Job Summary
The Corporate Sales Support role is a vital position within Westgate, responsible for facilitating trade agreements between owners with similar inventory, commonly referred to as double decks. This position plays a key role in resolving inventory discrepancies and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient trades and proactive communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsibility #1: Identify owners with double deck inventory and match them for mutually beneficial trades.
- Responsibility #2: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of double deck trades, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to trade policies.
- Responsibility #3: Liaise with owners who have been promised other properties through even trade option letters.
- Responsibility #4: Coordinate necessary actions to fulfill commitments made in option letters, ensuring compliance with trade agreements and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Responsibility #5: Collaborate with relevant teams to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Responsibility #6: Work closely with the Customer Support team to address customer concerns related to trades.
- Responsibility #7: Provide timely and satisfactory resolutions to customer issues to enhance the overall experience and strengthen relationships.
- Responsibility #8: Communicate trade progress, inventory availability, and customer satisfaction updates to internal teams and management.
- Responsibility #9: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as Sales, Trade, and Customer Support—to ensure alignment and achieve desired outcomes.
- Responsibility #10: Recommend and implement solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy in trade facilitation and inventory management.

Experience
Experience:
- Proven experience in corporate sales support, trade facilitation, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to develop mutually beneficial solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes and customer satisfaction principles is a plus.
Qualifications Required
Work Schedule & Flexibility
Must be flexible to work the following:
- a) Training: Six (6) weeks of paid, on-site training (Monday through Friday).
- b) Hybrid Schedule: Current department business hours are Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- c) Team members are required to work three morning shifts (8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) and two late shifts (10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.) per week.
- d) Must be able to commute and work on-site at the Ocoee office multiple times per week.
- e) No weekends.
Note: Hybrid work schedules (b) and weekend availability (e) may be subject to change to accommodate evolving business needs. Flexibility with scheduling is expected to ensure smooth operations.
Technical & Language Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. (Portuguese is helpful but not required.)
- Must have a high-speed internet connection and modem.
- Must have a dedicated office/workspace with minimal distractions.
- Must be able to make and receive phone calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor computer issues independently.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computer, telephone, and calculator.
- Ability to visually review handwritten and digital documents, and view a computer screen for extended periods.
Professional Skills
- Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with both team members and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with exceptional follow-up abilities.
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.
Experience
- Preferred backgrounds include Customer Service, Document Management, Real Estate Sales, Timeshare, or related experience.
Education & Certifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Active Florida Real Estate License required.

- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to track and record trade agreements and related data accurately.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for internal and external interactions.

- Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving inventory issues and customer concerns.
