This full‑time, bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English) Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist role is on‑site for the first 90+ days before transitioning to a hybrid/remote schedule and pays $18.00–$19.00 per hour. Real Estate License is required.

Job Description

Westgate Resorts is hiring an entry-level Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist in Ocoee, FL to provide professional customer service, sales support, research and resolution options and administrative assistance to our Corporate Sales Support team. This full‑time role begins with paid, on‑site training for the first 90+ days, followed by a transition to a hybrid schedule.

This position is ideal for detail‑oriented, self motivated candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, service‑driven environment. You will support inbound requests, process documentation, provide timely follow‑up, and assist both internal teams and Westgate owners. This is a weekday-only position with no weekend shifts.

As a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist, you’ll collaborate with multiple corporate departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Administration, and Compliance.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and internal communication channels.
  • Support sales teams by processing documentation, updating records, and ensuring accuracy across systems.
  • Handle owner inquiries, research account information, and provide timely and professional follow‑up.
  • Enter data efficiently and accurately into multiple platforms, maintaining compliance with established procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve questions, expedite requests, and support process improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in all customer and sales-related transactions.
  • Work on‑site during training and transition to hybrid scheduling per business needs.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. (Portuguese is helpful but not required)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain accuracy, and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Comfort working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and follow established guidelines and procedures.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
  • Ability to commute to the Ocoee, FL office multiple times per week.
  • Previous customer service or sales support experience is preferred
  • Must have a high-speed internet connection and modem.
  • Must have a dedicated office/workspace with minimal distractions.
  • Must be able to make and receive phone calls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor computer issues independently.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computer, telephone, and calculator.
  • Ability to visually review handwritten and digital documents, and view a computer screen for extended periods.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Active Florida Real Estate License REQUIRED.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

Must be flexible to work the following:

  • Training: Minimum of six (6) weeks of paid, on-site training (Monday through Friday).
  • Hybrid Schedule: Current department business hours are Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.– 6:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m.– 4:30 p.m.
  • Team members are required to work three morning shifts (8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) and two late shifts (10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.) per week after training.
  • Must be able to commute and work on-site at the Ocoee office multiple times per week.
  • No weekends.

Note: Hybrid work schedules (b) and weekend availability (e) may be subject to change to accommodate evolving business needs. Flexibility with scheduling is expected to ensure smooth operations.
