ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Makes sure that the customer leaves with a full understanding of what they bought and that they happy with their purchase.
Fully explains the documents to new owners
Must demonstrate the highest customer service to new owners through cancellation period
Checks deals daily
Manages sales pitch of sales reps
Communicates with other Travel Club Deeders to make sure all procedures are uniform
Does all follow up calls for new owners
Makes sure that Sales reps, Contract processing, and deeding are updated on all changes
Keeps records of deals, reps, and all involved in each individual deal
Must always comply with all other department expectations and requirements
Regular attendance as scheduled is necessary.
