The verification of proposals for mail-out accounts before paperwork is mailed and following up on those accounts to ensure that the documents are returned in a timely manner.
What You Will Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with timeshare owners and/or internal customers.
- Communicate and following up with timeshare owners by phone, email, and/or letter regarding their outstanding contract documents and assisting them in signing the documents electronically or by mail.
- Assist timeshare owners with questions about their outstanding documents, making payments, usage inquiries, and/or general account inquiries.
- Verify sales proposals from internal customers to ensure the proposals are correct and accurate before contracts are entered into the system.

What You Will Bring:
- Plus - Notary of Public Certification.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- High-speed internet connection and modem.
- A dedicated office/workspace with little to no distractions.
- Ability to make and receive telephone calls.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor computer problems independently.
- Ability to operate a computer, telephone, calculator, and other related office equipment.
- Ability to visually review handwritten and computer-generated documents, as well as view a computer screen.
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with team members and customers in a professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Customer Service, Document Management, Banking experience, Timeshare experience, or other related experience preferred.
- Westgate experience is a plus.
- Contact center experience is preferred.
Additional Details:
- This is a hybrid role- 3 days at home, 2 days on site after 90 days
- Six (6) weeks of paid training (on-site).
- Training scheduled M-F 9-5:30pm for the first 3 weeks.
- Schedule will be modified and communicated after by DM leadership.
- Must be able to work M-TH 10:30-7pm & Fri 9:30-6- No weekends required. AFTER TRAINING.
- Must be able to commute and work on-site at the Ocoee office.
