Westgate Resorts is seeking a Document Processing Specialist – Title & Trade to join our Trade & Title Documentation team in Ocoee, FL. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and skilled in reviewing documents for accuracy while supporting Owners, Sales, and internal operations.
In this role, you will review trade and title documentation, verify ownership information, process collateral paperwork, and update system records to ensure all documents meet compliance and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with Sales, QA, Document Management, and other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure all documents are completed correctly and efficiently.
Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, comfort working across multiple systems, excellent follow‑up, and the ability to interpret both handwritten and digital documents. Candidates with administrative processing, documentation, banking, timeshare, or customer service experience excel in this environment. Notary certification and bilingual skills (Spanish or Portuguese) are valuable pluses.
What You Will Do:
- Review trade and title documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Process ownership and collateral documentation using internal systems
- Verify signatures, dates, forms, and supporting paperwork
- Update records, ownership information, and documentation statuses
- Resolve discrepancies and follow up to obtain missing items
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems, scanning, and document management
- Communicate with Sales, QA, Document Management, and other teams as needed
- Support departmental workflows, deadlines, and special projects
- Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:
- 1–2 years of administrative, document processing, banking, timeshare, or related experience
- High accuracy reviewing handwritten and digital documents
- Ability to work across multiple systems, screens, and applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent follow‑up habits
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues independently
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods
- Ability to operate computer, phone, calculator, and office equipment
- Preferred:
- Notary Public certification
- Experience in documentation, timeshare, financial services, or contact centers
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
