Great service starts with strong leadership on the floor. This role supports daily operations while guiding the team to deliver consistent, high-quality food and beverage experiences.
Duties
- Deliver fast, friendly, and personalized service while building rapport with guests and proactively addressing service needs.
- Educate customers on products, including coffee and tea blends, preparation methods, and freshness.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items in accordance with company recipes, quality standards, and food safety procedures.
- Accurately receive, repeat, and process customer orders in person and by phone.
- Operate the POS system accurately, handle cash transactions, and count back change courteously.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas, including restocking supplies and assisting with weekly shipments.
- Maintain consistent product quality and efficient service standards at all times.
- Report customer concerns, safety hazards, employee accidents, and operational inconsistencies to the Manager on Duty.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Provide on-shift leadership and support to team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
- Assist with training and coaching team members while reinforcing company standards and procedures.
- Support opening/closing procedures and shift execution, escalating concerns to management as needed.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Planning, assigning, and directing work.
- Assisting in appraising performance and rewarding team members.
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must complete state-approved alcohol server training within 60 days of hire (per South Carolina law).
