Duties

• Interact and educate retail clerks.
• Maintain all displays so they are fresh and ready.
• Conduct monthly inventory.
• Clean and organize retail areas to keep free from safety hazards. 

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Directly supervises team members in the location.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include training and coaching team members.
• Planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Assisting in appraising performance; rewarding team members;
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum of three years food and beverage retail experience and/or training. 
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
