You will play a key role in supporting the outlet manager with daily operations and financial oversight of the restaurant. This leadership position focuses on creating exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, and ensuring smooth team operations. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will: 

• Assist the Food & Beverage outlet management team in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Create a welcoming and festive dining atmosphere for all guests.

• Drive restaurant performance by increasing sales and reducing service complaints.

• Lead and participate in team member training programs to ensure consistent service excellence.

• Prepare and manage employee schedules for all service team members.

• Enforce company and department grooming and service standards.

• Actively participate in the company’s Monthly Goals & Measurements Program to meet operational objectives.

• Support additional operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently without close supervision.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays as required.
