As a member of the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort team, you will meet and engage with guests who have arrived to enjoy all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer and help them experience our world-class amenities such as the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water park.

Join our team as a Golf Cart Attendant! We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to ensure a positive guest experience. 

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with golf cart rentals and returns
• Maintain a clean and organized fleet of golf carts, ensuring they are fully charged and ready for use
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on golf carts
• Safely transport golf carts to and from designated areas
• Keep the cart staging area clean, tidy, and well-organized
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly
• Monitor cart usage and report any damages or issues to management
• Enforce golf cart safety rules and regulations
• Collaborate with other Concierge department to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records of cart rentals and maintenance activities

• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions 
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to operate golf carts safely and responsibly
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
