This job's primary purpose is to enter tour guest information into computer and assist sales representatives with their appointments.
What will you do as a Guest Greeter:
- Serve as the first point of contact in the lobby, greeting families and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Interact with guests to provide exceptional customer service and answer general questions.
- Welcome and direct all guests checking into the resort to the appropriate desk or area.
- Enter tour guest information accurately and efficiently into the computer system.
- Communicate with sales representatives to ensure tours are picked up promptly.
- Support the sales team by coordinating guest flow and assisting with appointment logistics.

Skills & Knowledge Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry systems)
- Team-oriented with willingness to support sales staff
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied schedules
- Bilingual skills a plus
