About River Terrace Resort and Convention Center:

As a Housekeeping Manager at Westgate Resort, you will be responsible for managing the daily housekeeping operations to ensure quality standards and total guest satisfaction.
- Respond quickly to guest requests and follow ups
- Conduct performance reviews
- Manage and monitor assigned buildings
- Supervise and motivate all housekeeping personnel with daily supervision to include staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide guest satisfaction
- Participates in interviewing and hiring team members with the appropriate skills
- Maintain the highest levels of quality by utilizing innovative strategies resulting in the highest levels of cleanliness resort-wide.

- Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays
- Minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping management
- Minimum High School education, college degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Valid TN State Driver’s License
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
