Do you have a passion for hospitality and a talent for leading teams to success? As a Housekeeping Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.
As the Housekeeping Manager, you will:
- Take the lead and guide your housekeeping team to achieve daily success and maintain service excellence.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and follow-ups, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Supervise, support, and motivate housekeeping staff through hands on leadership, including training, scheduling, discipline, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure adherence to productivity and quality standards.
- Drive quality and innovation by implementing effective strategies that ensure resort-wide cleanliness and presentation at the highest level.
- Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management to support the overall success of the department and property.
- 1+ years of management experience.
- Must be highly proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and remain mobile for extended periods of time to perform job duties effectively.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a hands-on, team-focused approach.
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or management preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
