Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an In House Greeter at our premier resort in the heart of Las Vegas! We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to be the first point of contact for our valued guests, setting the tone for their exceptional stay with us.

  • Welcome guests with a warm, energetic greeting and a genuine smile
  • Provide informative and friendly assistance with the check-in process
  • Offer expert knowledge about our resort amenities and local attractions
  • Enter guest information accurately into our computer systems
  • Direct guests to appropriate areas within the resort
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to support their appointments
  • Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times
  • Anticipate and address guest needs proactively
  • Contribute to creating a positive and memorable guest experience

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and enthusiastic attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards
  • Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly Spanish
  • Knowledge of Las Vegas attractions and amenities is beneficial
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light luggage if needed
