As a Lifeguard, you will:
- Ensure the safety of all guests by maintaining constant surveillance, continuously scanning the pool or water park area, and monitoring guests for signs of distress or unsafe behavior.
- Render emergency care and, if necessary, contact emergency medical services to ensure prompt and appropriate assistance for guests in need.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the pool and water park areas to create a pleasant and sanitary environment for the guests.
- Maintain detailed activity reports to document incidents, observations, and any actions taken during the shift.
- Attend scheduled in-service training to stay updated on the latest safety protocols and guidelines.
- Be a team player and assist your colleagues with their duties as required.
- Lifeguard must be an expert swimmer, be in excellent physical condition, and able to react quickly in emergency situations.
- Must be American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED Certified and provide valid certifications.
- Strong ability to recognize unsafe and hazardous situations and react properly.
- Will be required to enter the water, participate in regular in-water trainings and swim on a daily basis.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and lift and/or move up to/over 100 pounds with assistance.
- Must be able to work in wet, humid, and outdoor weather conditions and extreme heat and sun exposure.

- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
