Are you energetic, outgoing, and love connecting with people? Westgate Resorts is looking for enthusiastic Events OPC Agents to be the face of our brand at exciting off-site events! As an Events OPC Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for potential guests, promoting our vacation ownership opportunities by booking qualified prospects for tours and pre-set vacation packages.

In this role, you will:

• Greet and engage guests at event sites to generate leads.

• Present and sell vacation packages that include a timeshare presentation.

• Professionally represent the Westgate brand while pre-qualifying guests.

• Communicate key details about our vacation packages and resort offerings.

• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.

• Close packages on-site without relying on callbacks or return visits.

This is a non-managerial role ideal for individuals passionate about sales, travel, and creating memorable guest experiences.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1–3 months of sales, promotions, or customer service experience preferred.

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to sell and explain vacation packages clearly and confidently.

• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including weekends.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Basic tech skills for setting up lead generation tablets.

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (preferred, not required)
