As the Public Area Supervisor, you are a natural-born leader who transforms bustling public spaces into pristine showcases. With your magnetic energy, you guide your team through the busiest shifts—ensuring every lobby, hallway, and restroom shines. Born to lead, you take pride in maintaining top-tier presentation standards.
As the Public Area Supervisor, you will:
- Take the driver’s seat and steer your team toward success, from onboarding to execution.
- Delegate duties confidently to public area attendants while proactively inspecting performance in real time.
- Deliver instant guest satisfaction by responding swiftly to requests and following up with care.
- Supervise your team with clear expectations, monitor progress, and maintain standards.
- Conduct inspections of resort's public spaces. Identify areas for improvement and uphold spotless presentation.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
