What You Will Do:
- Supervise and motivate housekeeping team members, including staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, and monitoring performance to ensure adherence to service and productivity standards and total guest satisfaction.
- Assign duties and review work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned projects monthly and track progress.
- Supervise daily and weekly labor and manage departmental expenses.
- Communicate effectively with guests and employees, both verbally and in writing, providing clear direction and guidance to staff.
- Organize, conduct, or attend meetings to share and receive pertinent information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership team.
- +1 years of supervisory or management experience, leading teams in housekeeping or facilities cleaning.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Must be able to use mobile devices.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts
