Job Description

Ready to make fun unforgettable? As a Resort Experience Supervisor, you’ll be the mastermind behind creating amazing recreation programs and special events that leave guests smiling from ear to ear! If you’re passionate about bringing joy and excitement to every guest’s stay, this is the role for you!

As a Resort Experience Supervisor you will: 

  • Communicate with vendors and contractors, including managing vendor reports and collecting payments.
  • Coordinate, manage, and facilitate recreational activities, events, and themed programs.
  • Handle event logistics such as setup, breakdown, and planning for guests, owners, and team members.
  • Maintain departmental organization, including updating files, ordering supplies, and tracking inventory.
  • Oversee logo merchandise and equipment: purchasing, inventory, distribution, and accounting procedures.
  • Ensure safety standards by performing site inspections, maintaining equipment, and coordinating safety training.
  • Supervise and support team members, including morale building, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Act as department lead in the director’s absence, making operational and safety-related decisions.
  • Serve as liaison for facility maintenance and repair of recreational areas (courts, dock, playground, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Current Driver's license; First Aid & CPR.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company golf carts.

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
