As the Rooms Coordinator, you'll find fulfillment in tasks ranging from meticulous data tracking to maintaining organized filing systems. Gone are the days of monotony – from managing room assignments to extending assistance to guests, boredom simply isn't on the agenda! • Provide invaluable administrative support to the housekeeping department.
• Ensure seamless updates on room status and promptly handle work orders.
• Demonstrate a commitment to guest satisfaction by following up on any reported issues and ensuring their resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of units cleaned and inspected under the supervision of the team lead.
• Document and address any complaints related to housekeeping services, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement.

• Exceptional organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• 1+ years experience in providing administrative support.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 30lbs.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Capable of comprehending and interpreting various documents, including safety regulations, operational manuals, and procedural instructions.
