We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive Director to join our team in Gatlinburg, United States. As the Sales Executive Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales organization, driving revenue growth, and implementing strategic sales initiatives to achieve our company's objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals
- Create and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Oversee the development and implementation of sales processes, tools, and methodologies
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing sales teams
- In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies, best practices, and current market trends
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at the executive level
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
