Job Description

As a Sales Office Manager you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll be the heart of the sales office—overseeing daily administrative operations, leading a dedicated support team, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. As a Sales Office Manager, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day office functions including scheduling, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Monitor and optimize workflows for guest tours, contract processing, and post-sale documentation
  • Liaise with property and corporate teams to ensure alignment on occupancy, inventory, and reporting
  • Maintain licensing records, ADA accommodations, and state-specific employment documentation
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations (e.g., timeshare disclosures, consumer protection laws)
  • Support internal audits and prepare compliance summaries for leadership
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate onboarding for new hires
  • Draft and refine internal communications, process notes, and employee-facing updates
  • Foster a respectful, inclusive, and accountable office culture
  • Support sales teams with contract prep, tour tracking, and guest follow-up
  • Address escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with marketing and reservations to ensure accurate promotional materials and availability

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; a bachelor's or associate degree is preferred.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, critical thinking, and time management skills
  • Empathetic leadership style with a focus on fairness and accountability
  • Experience supporting points-based or vacation ownership programs
  • Skilled in building checklists, trackers, and process documentation for large teams
  • Comfortable navigating workplace dynamics and fostering team alignment
