As a Timeshare Sales Representative at a Florida-based resort, you will inspire prospective vacation owners by showcasing the benefits of flexible, points-based ownership. Through personalized presentations and authentic engagement, you’ll help guests envision years of memorable getaways—whether spontaneous escapes or family traditions. Your ability to build trust and deliver exceptional service directly fuels our sales success in a high-energy, guest-centric hospitality setting.
As a Sales Representative, you will :
- Attend daily sales briefings and required departmental meetings
- Deliver dynamic, value-driven ownership presentations
- Tailor vacation solutions to guest preferences, lifestyle, and travel history
- Conduct resort tours and highlight amenities that align with guest interests
- Uphold service excellence throughout the guest experience
- Close sales in accordance with Florida state licensing requirements and ethical guidelines
- Accurately complete contract paperwork and digital documentation
- Maintain organized records and contribute to individual and team goals
To perform this role successfully, the candidate must demonstrate a passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create lasting vacation memories. Confidence in delivering compelling presentations and overcoming objections is essential, as is the ability to uphold professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset within a team-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is required to maintain efficient sales processes and accurate client records. - Proven success in commission-based sales, ideally in real estate, vacation ownership, luxury retail, or hospitality services
- Experience working in resorts, hotels, or travel-related services helps build rapport with vacation-minded guests.
- A strong track record of handling guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and creating memorable experiences is essential.
- Comfort with public speaking and conducting one-on-one or group presentations is key to closing deals.
- Experience using customer relationship management systems and electronic contract platforms is often required
Education & Certifications
- Valid Florida Real Estate Sales Association License or ability to obtain.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; College coursework in business marketing or hospitality a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required.
Education & Certifications
- Valid Florida Real Estate Sales Association License or ability to obtain.

- Position is an on-site position with no travel required
