$21.00 to $23.00 per hour.
The Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator drives a seamless new hire onboarding experience across multiple Westgate Resorts properties. This role manages high-volume activity; 15-25+ active hires at a time, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an exceptional candidate experience from offer acceptance through New Hire Orientation.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end preboarding for 15-25+ hires across multiple resort properties and departments in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Conduct new hire welcome calls and provide clear onboarding instructions prior to Day One.
- Process background checks, drug screenings, I-9 verifications, E-Verify, ADP documentation, and all compliance paperwork.
- Monitor vendor systems including Sterling, First Advantage, and DocuSign to ensure timely clearance.
- Confirm work authorization and clearance prior to New Hire Orientation.
- Maintain accurate new hire trackers, personnel records, and digital files in ImageQuest and HR/TA systems.
- Partner weekly with recruiters and hiring managers to provide real-time status updates and resolve onboarding issues.
- Support internal transfers and ensure smooth transition between departments.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and company HR policies and Drug Free Workplace procedures.
- Meet service level expectations with exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.

- High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
- 1–2 years experience in onboarding, HR coordination, talent acquisition support, or high-volume administrative processing.
- Experience with SmartRecruiters (ATS), ADP, DocuSign, Sterling or First Advantage preferred.
- Bilingual English and Spanish required.
- Strong organizational skills, discretion, and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
