Job Description

The Telesales Inbound Lead ensures an exceptional experience for our owners while supporting the success of the Telesales team. This role is responsible for answering and managing all inbound calls and owner online inquiries directed to the Telesales Department through our call-routing and ticketing platform (CSD WebClient). The Telesales Inbound Lead carefully vets and transfers calls or inquiries to the appropriate department or Telesales Representative, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance with established processes. By managing inbound lead distribution, this role helps drive sales performance while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage inbound calls and online inquiries via our web-based CRM/lead management system
  • Vet inquiries and route to the correct sales rep or service department
  • Distribute qualified leads per the Inbound Lead Rotation Roster
  • Provide timely, professional customer service
  • Log call activity and lead distribution accurately
  • Support team goals and a positive, collaborative environment

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • Clear, professional phone communication
  • Accurate data entry; strong attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Customer-focused with practical problem-solving
  • Call center or telesales experience preferred
  • Flexible for evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
