As a Trap & Skeet Attendant, you help create a safe, organized, and enjoyable outdoor recreational experience for guests and team members. This role combines safety, maintenance, and guest service to ensure all Trap & Skeet and Archery operations are conducted in compliance with company, state, and federal regulations. You maintain a clean and hazard-free environment, perform inspections, and support daily operations while delivering a welcoming and professional experience. What You’ll Do as a Trap & Skeet Attendant:
- Provide support for daily Trap & Skeet and Archery operations
- Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal safety regulations
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and safety inspections of equipment and ranges
- Conduct daily range inspections to ensure safe operating conditionsMaintain inventory, order supplies, and verify deliveries
- Receive and unload shipments and organize materials properly
- Keep all areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Provide clear safety instructions and respond to guest inquiries
- Report guest concerns, complaints, and safety issues to leadership
- Assist with weekly activity reports and attend team meetings
- Remain flexible for on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
What You Will Bring as a Trap & Skeet Attendant:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of related experience or training preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn firearm safety and handling
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and give clear instructions
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
- Must have a valid driver’s license to drive company vehicles
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including Florida heat
- Comfortable working in a loud environment and around machinery
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
