Houseperson

Our Kingsbury of Tahoe & Tahoe Trail Resort, located in Stateline, is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Houseperson. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays, and be willing to cover shifts as needed.

As an essential part of our resort operations team, the Houseperson keeps everything running smoothly and ensuring Housekeepers are fully stocked with supplies and that all unit exterior spaces are welcoming and pristine.

As a Houseperson, your responsibilities will include:

• Stock housekeeping carts/totes with appropriate supplies and deliver them as directed by management
• Deliver clean linens and supplies to housekeeping staff as needed
• Collect and dispose of garbage and soiled linens from units
• Sort and pre-treat dirty linens as needed
• Fold and stock linens in designated areas according to company standards
• Load and unload commercial washers and dryers
• Provide backup support to housekeeping staff as needed
• Assist housekeeping staff with various tasks as required
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall resort operations

• Ideally, experienced housekeepers or vacation rental cleaners.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Time management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the resort's operational needs.
• Valid driver’s license.
