As a Tour Desk Agent, you’ll be the friendly face that sets the tone for an unforgettable guest experience! In this front-facing role, you’ll welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, review any pre-arranged incentives, and ensure they’re fully prepared for their upcoming resort tour. Your positive attitude and attention to detail help create a seamless start to the tour process while supporting our sales team's success. What You'll Do:
- Effectively check guests into and out of the tour assignments for that morning.
- Coordinate the general office administration for the Vice President of the VOA.
- Provide clerical assistance to the General Manager and Senior Management as necessary.
- Help with routine and special projects for the Vice President, General Manager and/or Senior Management.
- Assist with researching, resolving, and documenting internal and external issues.
- Compile and distribute daily and weekly statistical data to members of management, including reports and spreadsheet information about the resorts.
- Coordinate general office administration including correspondence, photocopying, file maintenance, and supply inventory.
- Answer multi phone lines, take messages and answer general questions regarding complaints and inquiries.

What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED (college coursework in hospitality a plus).
- 1+ year in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support preferred.
- Friendly, professional communication and guest service skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and handling phones/inquiries.
- Problem-solver with a positive, team-focused attitude.
