- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure all food is prepared, stored, and served in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and plating consistency.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.

- 2 years of food handling or cook-related experience is required.
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, and hear. In addition, the employee is occasionally required to taste and smell.
- The team member frequently is required to climb or balance.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role with in-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
