Westgate Hiring Events are the most comprehensive. These are Westgate-hosted events designed around active hiring needs, where candidates may move from interview through offer and preboarding during the same visit. On the spot hiring.

Walk-In Interview Days are smaller and more targeted. These provide candidates with direct access to hiring leaders and may result in an offer, but candidates may also need additional interviews or return later to complete the hiring and preboarding process.

Community Career Fairs are external events hosted by another organization, where Westgate participates as one of several employers.
