Walk-In Interview Days

Skip the Scheduling and Meet Us in Person

Walk-In Interview Days are smaller, more focused hiring events held directly at a Westgate property.  Instead of a large hiring event with multiple departments and stations, these events are usually centered around a specific hiring need, department, or group of positions.

You simply come to the property during the scheduled interview hours, check in, and meet with a member of our recruiting or hiring team.

Some Walk-In Interview Days are open to everyone, while others may be promoted primarily to candidates who have already applied or have been invited by one of our recruiters.

Check the individual event details to see whether an RSVP is required or if walk-ins are welcome.

What Positions Are Available?

Walk-In Interview Days may be scheduled for one department or a specific group of positions. For example, we may host:


Housekeeping Walk-In Day

Opportunities may include:

  • Housekeepers
  • Housepersons
  • Laundry Attendants
  • Inspectors
  • Housekeeping Supervisors

Front Office Walk-In Interviews

Opportunities may include:

  • Front Desk Agents
  • Resort Services Agents
  • Guest Services positions
  • Bell or Transportation positions
  • Front Office Supervisors

Engineering Walk-In Interviews

Opportunities may include:

  • Engineering Technicians
  • Maintenance positions
  • Skilled trades
  • Facilities positions

We may also host Walk-In Interview Days for:

  • Transportation
  • Sales and Marketing

  • Other departments with current hiring needs

What to Expect

Our Walk-In Interview Days are designed to be simple and convenient.  When you arrive, you'll:

  1. Check in at the designated location.
  2. Let us know which position you're interested in.
  3. Meet with a recruiter or hiring leader.
  4. Participate in an in-person interview.
  5. Learn about next steps before you leave.

Depending on the position and interview process, you may receive an employment offer during your visit.  In other cases, you may be invited to meet with another hiring leader, scheduled for a second or final interview, considered for another open position, contacted afterward with a hiring decision or given instructions for the next step in the process.

Can I Be Hired the Same Day?

Possibly.  Some candidates may receive an offer during a Walk-In Interview Day, depending on the position, hiring process, qualifications, and availability of the appropriate hiring leader.  However, same-day offers are not guaranteed.   

Walk-In Interview Days are primarily designed to give you direct access to our hiring team and help move the interview process forward quickly.  If you receive an offer, your recruiter will explain any remaining preboarding requirements and when and where those steps should be completed.

Do I Need an Appointment?

That depends on the event. Some Walk-In Interview Days are truly open-door events where you can arrive at any point during the advertised interview window.

Others may encourage candidates to register or apply in advance. Always review the specific event listing for details before visiting the property.
