Job Description

Are you an experienced Food & Beverage professional who enjoys leading from the front? Join our team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor and help deliver great food, outstanding service, and memorable guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced hospitality environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting daily operations across a variety of food and beverage concepts, which may include restaurants, quick-service outlets, food trucks, mobile food operations, markets, and other resort dining venues.

What You'll Do

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll work alongside your team while helping ensure smooth operations, outstanding guest service, and a positive team culture.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, and support Food & Beverage team members
  • Assist with daily restaurant, quick-service, and food truck operations
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality
  • Support food preparation, service execution, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor management
  • Manage inventory levels, food ordering, and product controls
  • Train and develop team members to support performance and growth
  • Help drive operational excellence and financial performance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in food service, restaurant, hospitality, quick-service, food truck, or related operations
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Must be able to lift, pull, push 50 pds and stand on your feet for extended periods of time
  • ServSafe or Food Safety Certification preferred (or as required by local regulations)
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
  • Strong guest service and communication skills
  • Experience with food preparation, cashiering, inventory, or restaurant operations preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
