Golf Cart Mechanic

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and battery-related issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative servicing.
• Troubleshoot gas and electric cart systems, including motors, brakes and steering.
• Replace or repair parts such as batterie, belts, cables, tires, and controllers.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Communicate repair needs and timelines with management.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and hand/power tools. 

EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Certification from technical school preferred
• Valid Driver’s license

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Prior experience repairing and maintaining gas and electric golf carts preferred.
• Experience performing routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative services.
• Experience servicing braking systems, steering assemblies, suspension, and drivetrain components.
• Ability to read and follow service manuals and work instructions.
