As a Houseperson, you play an important role in creating a positive experience for our owners and guests by helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming property. You will support housekeeping operations by preparing supplies, delivering essential items, and assisting with light cleaning and maintenance tasks.

As a Houseperson, you will: 

• Support housekeeping teams by stocking totes and carts with the appropriate supplies and delivering them as directed
• Deliver clean linens and other supplies to housekeeping staff as needed
• Collect and remove trash and soiled linens from guest units
• Help maintain the appearance of outdoor and common areas, including patios, patio furniture, BBQ areas, and other exterior spaces
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks to help keep the property safe and well maintained
• Provide backup support to housekeeping staff when needed
• Follow safety guidelines and complete other duties as assigned

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Friendly communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable handling moderate physical activity, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 40 pounds
• Good judgment when interacting with guests, owners, and team members
• Ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus
