As a Food & Beverage Quick Service Attendant, you'll prepare and serve food and beverages, assist guests, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized operation. Opportunities may include working in food trucks, quick-service outlets, marketplaces, snack bars, coffee shops, and other resort dining locations.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient guest service
- Take guest orders and process payments using a POS system
- Prepare, assemble, and serve food and beverage items
- Answer guest questions and recommend menu items
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work areas
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health standards
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks
- Restock food, beverages, supplies, and merchandise as needed
- Support food truck, outdoor, seasonal, and special event operations when assigned
What We're Looking For
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in food service, restaurant, hospitality, quick-service, food truck, or related operations highly preferred
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Experience handling cash and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety
- Must be able to work all shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, reach, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment.
- Food Handler Certification (e.g., ServSafe®) may be required based on state, local, or property requirements.
