Job Description

As a Timeshare Sales Representative, you’ll guide prospective vacation owners through the benefits of the flexible points-based system ownership. By tailoring presentations to individual travel preferences, you’ll help guests envision a lifetime of memorable vacations—whether they seek spontaneity or consistency. Your role is key in driving sales, building trust, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy resort setting.

As a Sales Representative, you will :

  • Attend morning sales meetings and mandatory functions.
  • Attend sales division meetings.
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations that highlight the points-based flexibility and reliability.
  • Customize vacation solutions based on guest lifestyle, travel habits, and budget.
  • Lead resort tours and showcase amenities aligned with guest interests.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests/owners.
  • Close sales using approved techniques while ensuring compliance with licensing and ethical standards.
  • Complete paperwork needed for all sales transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to team performance goals.

To perform this role successfully, the candidate must demonstrate a passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create lasting vacation memories. Confidence in delivering compelling presentations and overcoming objections is essential, as is the ability to uphold professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset within a team-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is required to maintain efficient sales processes and accurate client records. Qualifications

  • Proven success in commission-based sales, ideally in real estate, vacation ownership, luxury retail, or hospitality services
  • Experience working in resorts, hotels, or travel-related services helps build rapport with vacation-minded guests.
  • A strong track record of handling guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and creating memorable experiences is essential.
  • Comfort with public speaking and conducting one-on-one or group presentations is key to closing deals.
  • Experience using customer relationship management systems and electronic contract platforms is often required

Education & Certifications

  • Valid Nevada Timeshare License (or ability to obtain).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; College coursework in business marketing or hospitality a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
  • Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required.

  • Persuasive Communication: Ability to connect emotionally and logically with guests to guide them through ownership options
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Sales roles often involve rejection—staying upbeat and persistent is crucial
  • Relationship Building: Creating trust and long-term connections with potential and existing owners
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of points-based and fixed-week programs, exchange networks, and resort amenities

Travel & Schedule Requirements

  • Position is an on-site position with no travel required
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak tourism period
