As a Steward for Fresco Italiano, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization in our kitchen. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience. From assisting our chefs to keeping the kitchen running smoothly, you'll be an essential part of our team, contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that defines Fresco Italiano.

Duties

• Responsible for cleanliness and organization of all kitchen wares.
• Washing all dishes, pots, pans and restaurant equipment.
• Keeping kitchen area clean by sweeping, moping, dusting and cleaning equipment.
• Empty trash.
• Rotate stock.
• Thrive in a team environment.
• Learn basic prep skills.
• Maintain kitchen small wares and appliances.
• Learn basic prep skills.

To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. These values are essential to our success, and we are looking for someone who shares out commitment.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Food Handler Safety Training Card (Health Card).
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
