Maintenance Technician Jobs in Kissimmee, FL

• Guest Service & Repair: Rapidly respond to guest calls, utilizing resort software (like HotSOS) to diagnose and fix issues related to basic plumbing (clogs, fixtures), light electrical (GFCIs, ballasts), and appliance repair.

• System Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on critical infrastructure, including HVAC units, pool and water feature equipment (CPO license required for some levels), and low voltage systems.

• Facilities Upkeep: Execute general repair work, including painting, caulking, drywall patching, and tile repair to maintain the luxury appearance of our accommodations and public spaces.

• Safety First: Consistently implement safety procedures while working with ladders, lifts, and specialized tools, ensuring a hazard-free environment for guests and team members.
