Your Role as a Vacation Sales Representative

As a VI Sales Representative, you will be the face of dream vacations. This is a face-to-face sales role focused on building trust, conducting impactful presentations, and guiding guests toward a purchase that fits their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities for VI sales representatives

  • Conduct Presentations: Deliver dynamic and engaging sales presentations—to individuals or small groups—showcasing the value and flexibility of the points-based ownership program.

  • Consultative Sales: Listen closely to guests' travel preferences and budget to tailor an ownership solution that meets their needs.

  • Lead Management: Engage with pre-qualified prospects and current owners provided by the company, focusing your time entirely on closing deals.

  • Compliance and Ethics: Accurately complete all necessary contract paperwork and ensure every transaction adheres to state, provincial, and company compliance standards.

  • Customer Experience: Deliver world-class customer service that makes the sales process enjoyable, building confidence and long-term owner relationships.

Entry-Level Vacation Sales Rep Role

In addition to our VI Sales Representatives, Westgate is expanding our team with specialized Off-Property Contact (OPC) Sales Representatives who focus on generating high-quality leads. This sales role is perfect for individuals who thrive on face-to-face interaction and are looking to make the first step in a timeshare sales career. As an OPC Sales Representative, you will promote vacation packages including attraction tickets, event admissions, and introductory timeshare packages. Your primary mission is to engage guests, sell these smaller packages, and secure appointments that feed directly into the VI Sales Team.
