Waterpark Lifeguard Jobs in Kissimmee

Unlike standard pool duties, a waterpark supervision role requires a specialized skillset. Your primary responsibilities as a Westgate Lifeguard will be to:

• Maintain Constant Surveillance: Continuously scan our aquatic attractions, including slides, lazy rivers, and wave pools, to monitor guest activity and ensure safe use of all facilities.

• Prevent and Educate: Proactively enforce water park rules and educate guests on safety procedures to prevent accidents before they happen.

• Respond and Rescue: Be an expert swimmer, maintain physical fitness, and react quickly to provide prompt water rescues, CPR, and first aid in emergency situations.

• Teamwork and Cleanliness: Collaborate closely with other Aquatics staff, including Lead Lifeguards and Supervisors, while assisting with the cleanliness and maintenance of the water park deck and facilities.
