1| Customer Service Representative - Call Center

As a Customer Service Representative in our Call Center, you'll be a crucial voice for Westgate Resorts, focused entirely on delivering 5-Star service to our Owners. 

This is not a sales role—your daily focus will be on resolving inquiries with empathy and accuracy. You can expect to manage a volume of about 30 to 50 inbound calls per day, handling questions about payments, account usage, rates, and agreements. 

2| Call Center Reservations Representative

As a Call Center Reservations Representative, your main goal is to help our Owners plan unforgettable vacations by providing a top-quality experience on every call. 

You'll be the expert who assists Owners with booking, canceling, and modifying reservations, while also taking the time to answer any queries they might have. 

If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and are comfortable working independently this could be the perfect career move for you.
